With a storage and loading magazine combined, there is the possibility for a fully automatic Production for i.e. night shift, in that way that trimmcut and final piece will be sorted out automatically. Steel, nonferrous steel and hardened material up to 2000 Nm can be cut with perfect surface and no chips on the material. The lifetime cycle of a sawblade ist depending on quality about 12.000 to 14.000 cuts by 70 mm solid material. Thin sawblades of 2,0 or 2,5 mm gives the guarantee of perfect usage of the expensive material. The SPA machine is in three sizes available small up to 65 mm, medium up to 100 mm and large up to 150 mm solid material. It is also possible to cut rectangular and squar material in bundle for effective production. Fully automatic production is also possible with a roboter system on the outfeedside and lifting back carrage of the material for storage purposes, so that a shift without worker can be realized.
