Since 2004, Pressta-Eisele produce a high speed automatic sawing machine especially for customers like suppliers for automobile or electrical industry. An excellent cut is of very high importance. Short cycle times and close tolerance with demanded cpK and cmK values must be achieved. The high speed sawing machine model Profilma 600 R has 3 NC axis, profile feed motion, sawing feed motion and driving motor. Power data such as section lengths, widths of material, speed of the bars and sawing feed motion, engine speed etc. can be stored.
Despite the large cut range of max. 200 x 320 mm, section tolerances off ± 0.07 mm can be reached.
The floating arrangement of the feeding unit and the enlargement of cutting gap (the 2 bearing surfaces open, before the saw blade feeds back so the profile is not touched by the saw blade during the backfeed) contributes the exact cut. Cycle times under 6 seconds can be achieved by the high performance saw blade, powered by 9,2 KW optionally 18.5 KW motor.
Horizontal cross feeder move the bars into the machine, first cut and oddment can be seperated by automatic sorter.
Depending upon requirement, the sections can be put down into boxes, or be supplied a subsequent treatment, like deburring, drilling, milling, packing etc..
A noise absorbed chip exhauster MG 8 PS removes chips from the working area.
The radial movement of the sawblade asures that up to 90% of the chips are removed.
Insider know about this advantage as the radial movement of the blade above the sawing table, in combination with a powerfull exhauster, is the key to get rid of the swarf.
