Automatic cut off saw with smallest possible sawblade
to cut Aluminium, Copper and Brass

As Innovation for 2007 we present our automatic saw
Model Profilma 250
For use of ø 250mm tungsten carbide blades 1,6mm (0,0635 inch) thick or ø200mm blades 1,2mm (0,0476 inch) thick. Compared to the common blades, you save up to 2,5mm Material per cut Example: A charge of 1.000.000 cuts, which is quite normal in the automotive industrie, saves about 2.500m aluminium material. The potential of saving is bigger yet as the first cut is from 5mm and the waste piece is from 55mm.
The material feed up to 1000mm by ball screw spindle and servo motor. Oscillating unit for cuts up to 3000mm.
Motorpower 3 KW, 400 V, 50 Hz, infinitely adjustable R.P.M. from 1.500 – 3.750 and high precision guides are further basics to achieve a cutting accuracy of + / - 0,06 mm, Particularly the saw blade moves above the table from back to the front which grants a cutting range of 90 x 200 mm and an excellent flow of the swarf which can be extracted easily. Vertical and horizontal clamps at infeed and outfeed side are standard with this model. Further the operation by SPS control Siemens S7 – 300 with 5,7” touchpanel.
The very small sawblade is the ne plus ultra. Cost savings of several thousands of Euro´s per year is guaranteed. Cycle time from 3,5 seconds (depending on profile)
Possible application: aluminiumprofiles, copper, brass within shortest cycle times and smalest tolerance
