CMOS – Control for Semiautomatic Bandsaws

The semiautomatic control for all Klaeger sawing machines enables the hydraulic lifting and lowering of the sawframe as well as the hydraulic clamping of the material. The innovation is the semiautomatic cycle function, which takes care of the entire sawing process and even the material clamping at the push of one button. Standard is the continuous drive with a modern frequency converter (15 - 100m/min).

This CMOS-control was developed completely by the company Hermann Klaeger. Thus, owner and manager Wolfram Klaeger sticks to his philosophy that all of his machines, ranging from a simple hacksaw to a double pillar fully automatic bandsaw, are made in Germany and are constructed with high quality components.

„According to our high quality standard, we exclusively use the best components“, says Wolfram Klaeger. He can certainly rely 100% on his own development. The control has been in use for more than two years, and has always satisfied the high quality requirements of the Klaeger clients.

We can certainly look forward to further innovations in the area of high quality sawing and bending techniques made by company Klaeger.

Hermann Klaeger GmbH

The Hermann Klaeger Company was founded in 1928. Mr Klaeger represents now the third generation of saw makers. The production started with hacksaw machines. In the sixties pipe bending machines were added and last but not least bandsaw machines. More than 135.000 machines have been sold. 25 employees are working in the new built factory near Stuttgart, Germany. In another plant there are about 35 employees.
