Bewo`s brings latest Tubecutting technology to the Tube

Nowadays all sub suppliers of fix lenght`s of tubes are being put not only under pricepressure but also being confronted with “Just In Time” and “Zero Deffects” deliveries and being able to serve the customer with tubular components. This means smaller batches, strickter requirements on tolerances, cleanliness , added value as there are holes , and packaging of the tubes. To meet to the increasing demand of tubular components with added value, as there are holes , shapes , notches etc Bewo together with the Belgium laserspecialist Balliu have joined their forces and developed their new 3-4 axis tube laser cutting machine which features the latest Rofin Sinar laser technologie , fully cnc length controlled super fast feeding system and a state of the art full color Bewo-Balliu / Siemens operator control system.
Both new cuttingcells offer the market optimal flexibility to enable the suppliers of added valued fix length`s to stay competitive in today`s and tomorrow`s market.
