Automatic Sawing Line to cut solid aluminium profiles

For companies such as metal traders, producer of hydraulic valve blocks or machine producers, PRESSTA-EISELE GmbH offers an automatic solution to cut solid aluminium profiles up to ø210mm or rectangle profiles from 210 x 320mm.
A crane or fork lift truck lifts the bars (500mm up to 6.400mm) onto the heavy duty cross loader. Total profile weight up to 6,0 ton max.
The bars are moved into the automatic sawing line by driven rollers.
The machine identifies the beginning of the bar automatically.
Should the bar not been cut in full, the remaining profile (length > 500mm) is carried back onto the buffer storage of the cross loader to be stored at a later date.
The automatic sawing machine PROFILMA 600 R takes across the profiles with the electronic feeder. The powerfull 18,5kW motor cuts the heavy profiles economically into sections from 3 – 1000mm.
The sawblade moves radial from back to the front above the machine table. This allows a perfect flow of masses of swarf that can be collected by swarf extractor.
Hence this automatic sawing line can be operated by just one worker.
A conveying belt moves the pieces out of the machine. First cut and oddment, up to a length of 500mm, are sorted out backwards into a box.
Good pieces up to 300 mm length are moved forward onto a table and can be removed by the worker.
Good pieces with a total length from 300 – 1.500 mm are moved to the automatic gripper and lift down into a separate box.
