Lasertube – Cutting open profiles as well as tubes
With LT712D and LT813D, ADIGE is now releasing the seventh generation of Lasertube, adding to the existing range of applications also “L”, “U” and flat open profiles remaining the more flexible solution available on the market.
Open profiles are automatically managed, just like tubes, with loading, bars are separation, measure and positioning in the feeding chuck, cut and finally unloaded.
Other new features of LT712D and LT813D (version for not orthogonal cuts) are the loading capacity now available up to 6,5 mt and 8,5 mt bars length, and productivity.
Productivity is 11% higher than the previous generation for round tubes, and 16% higher for other sections. Bar changeover cycle has also been reduced by 25%, while measure, torsion and bar centring correction are 50% faster. Weld seam detection is also improved (-40%).
ADIGE Lasertube are also distinguished for:
- fully automated and programmable machine adjustments
- fully automated changeovers in 3 minutes
- technological database specifically developed for tube based on thousand applications
- quick programming: less than 10 minutes from drawing to finished part, also for unskilled operators
- minimum bar end scraps.
Three programming software - TUBEWORK, ASSEMBLER and CIM - specifically developed for the machining of tubes, are particularly relevant to fully exploit the potential of LT712D and LT813D.
The system can be also provided with the “clean tube” device, to preserve the tube internal surface. This solution is particularly suitable for the stainless steel tubes used by food, furniture, car exhaust pipe and catalytic converter industries.
