ADIGE CM502 CNC COMBINED AUTOMATIC SAWING AND MACHINING CENTRE
The Adige CM502 Combined Automatic Sawing and Machining Centre for tube and bar is now available with internal and external threading stations.
In addition to; cutting to length, chamfering, facing, centring, drilling and turning, the CM502 can now be configured to perform interpolated internal tapping and external threading by means of thread chasers.
All machining operations, to both ends of the workpiece, tapping and threading included, are executed simultaneously with the sawing operations, to give the highest productivity level.
The automatic selection and management, by the SIEMENS CNC, of all the technological working parameters and changeover adjustments, secures the optimum cycle time, a very quick and simple changeover, and the highest degree of repeatability and accuracy.
